BOLOGNESE




Ingredients:What you'll need:
500g mince meat
1 medium onion
1 yellow pepper
2 tins of plum (chopped) tomatoes
Some gravy granules
Your choice of spices (see side tab for my spice cupboard)
Your choice of cooking oil
A chopping board
A knife (any as long as it's sharp and not serrated)
Frying pan
Cooking pot
